🌙 1:1 Hypnotherapy & NLP Sessions (90 minutes)
These sessions are designed to help you rewrite old stories, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your innate wholeness. Using hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), we enter a relaxed, receptive state where the subconscious mind is open to new possibilities.
In each session, I guide you into deep relaxation through breath and body awareness, creating a safe space for your nervous system to soften. From here, we work directly with the subconscious to:
Identify and release patterns that no longer serve you (self-doubt, fear, scarcity, people-pleasing, etc.).
Reframe limiting beliefs into empowering truths.
Activate inner resources such as confidence, calm, creativity, or clarity.
Anchor new pathways so change is felt in the body, not just in the mind.
NLP provides practical tools for reshaping your inner dialogue and emotional responses, while hypnotherapy helps bypass the critical mind so new perspectives can integrate at a deeper level. Together, these modalities support both immediate shifts and long-term transformation.
Every session is customized—whether you want to work on stress reduction, clarity in relationships, building self-trust, or calling in new possibilities. You don’t have to “know” exactly what to bring; often the subconscious reveals what’s ready to shift.

🔥 1:1 Rage Work Session (90 minutes)
This is a sacred, structured space to move through the fire of anger, grief, and suppressed emotion in a way that is safe, embodied, and transformative. Rage is not something to fear or suppress—it is life force energy that, when honored, becomes fuel for clarity, boundaries, and authentic power.
In a 90-minute session, we will:
Ground & Orient – Begin with nervous system regulation, breathwork, and intention-setting so your body feels safe and ready to release.
Somatic Exploration – Use movement, sound, and breath to contact and express what has been held in your body. This may include guided primal voice release, hitting/pounding into pillows, shaking, or movement practices designed to unlock stored energy.
Rage Ritual – Step into a contained, guided process where you are supported to fully express anger and rage—whether through sound, words, or movement—without judgment, shame, or needing to censor yourself.
Integration & Recalibration – Close with grounding practices, reflection, and gentle coaching/hypnotherapy to anchor insights, clear residue, and reclaim your power.
You’ll walk away with:
Relief from built-up pressure in your body and mind.
Tools to safely move through anger when it arises in daily life.
Greater connection to your boundaries, truth, and inner fire.
A felt sense of release and renewal.
