As the winter envelops us in its quiet embrace, I invite you to join me for the inaugural session of The Embodied Book Club. Together, we will explore Zenju Earthlyn Manuel’s Opening to Darkness, a powerful guide that invites us to sit with the absence of light, navigate unsettling times, and discover the wisdom hidden within the shadows.

This will be the first in a series of seasonal gatherings hosted by The Embodied Book Club, brought to you by THE SALTY MUSE her self, designed to bring us together throughout the year. Each session will center on a thoughtfully chosen book that encourages reflection, curiosity, and deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.
